Meet Lucy

As a former Founder and CEO with over 20 years of board-level experience, I’ve had firsthand exposure to the full lifecycle of building a business. I started an FMCG brand from scratch — raising capital, working with major supermarkets, leading crowdfunding campaigns, building teams, and ultimately securing a successful exit.

Before launching Lucy’s Dressings, I spent 14 years at a global real estate recruitment and search firm. From inception through to exit, I worked alongside the founders — opening offices across the UK and internationally, managing teams, and building long-term client relationships. Our clients included JLL, CBRE, Macquarie Bank, RBS, British Land, and PwC.

I know what it’s like to lead under pressure, scale quickly, and balance the demands of business and family life. As a mum of three, I also understand the reality of trying to do it all — and what it costs if you don’t create space to pause, reflect, and reset.

As a dyslexic child, I didn’t always find the traditional path easy, but I learned early on that when I worked in line with my values, everything shifted. I performed better, felt energised, and built stronger connections with the people around me.

That insight led me to coaching. I’ve always been fascinated by human behaviour — what drives us, and how we thrive. Training with Meyler Campbell to become a qualified executive coach felt like a natural next step. Today, I work with senior leaders navigating transition, growth, or reinvention — giving them space to think clearly, reconnect with what matters, and move forward with purpose.

At the heart of my work is a simple belief that people come first. Every meaningful decision I’ve made — every role, hire and successful client partnership — has been grounded in a genuine interest in people. What makes them tick, what matters most and drives them.

As a mother of three, I understand the pressures of balancing personal and professional life. As someone who struggled growing up with dyslexia, I’ve learnt through experience that when my work is aligned to my values, better performance and fulfilment follows.

My coaching is grounded, empathetic, and outcome focused. I’ll challenge you, support you, and help you access the clarity you need to move forward with confidence.
